The Masked Parade

On Friday evening, the whole of Room 8 (all 23 students!) walked through Nelson in their pirate masks, hats and swords. Hampden Street's theme was 'Where's Wally?' so when three whistles blew, everyone ducked down and shouted "Wheeeeere's Wally?" The kids did a fabulous job on both their masks and their performance!

Many thanks to the parents who helped draw around and cut out the masks and to Maren for the photos.

  1. Nice work Room 8! I missed the parade, but you all looked like a proper pirate gang. Except that odd person in the blue pants and stripey red and white shirt, they didn't look like a pirate, eh?
